Do you know when ______will be in stock?
We don’t.
The end of 2020 was wild, but pretty predictable with the economy, pandemic ramping up, and election. Due to the extreme demand in the firearms industry, almost every manufacturer has some lead time. The demand for high-end, and high quality equipment is exponential right now.
To give you an idea, we are at times still getting orders that we placed in June in stock. We have pretty much every KAC product that we can possibly order, placed. We don’t have any way to give you a lead time.
If you’ve joined an IG live on Presample Depot we’ve covered one of our policy on not taking pre-orders or a waiting list. We could certainly take over $1 million in preorders over the last couple months, but it’s just not sustainable or in my opinion fair to the consumer.
When we receive the main items in inventory, especially the hard to find parts, our email newsletter subscribers are the first notified. Then an email will rollout to the waitlist, and finally it’ll be posted on social media. We have put certain protocols in place to avoid inventory being poached and flipped on varies websites and forums. We don’t have an issue with capitalism if someone wants to buy it and flip it then so be it. At the same time, we could put our entire inventory on bidding sites as well. We understand the market conditions on a lot of what we are receiving is worth 20% more than retail.
Our goal has always been the customers first, and we’ll stand by that.
