A: Yes, we try to schedule some range days and demos where customers can test or shoot their pending items.
CAN YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, EVEN TO AN APO?
A: No, due to ITAR we are not permitted to send restricted items overseas or to an APO. We required a United States verified address.
I AM CURRENTLY DEPLOYED, CAN YOU HOLD THE ITEMS AFTER PURCHASE?
A: Yes, we work with a lot of deployed individuals and can hold purchased items until you are back in the United States.
DO YOU WORK WITH AGENCY WIDE PURCHASES?
A: Yes, we work with agencies across the United States on larger orders and pricing. Please email us for demos, or RFI.
DO YOU OFFER MIL/LEO DISCOUNT?
A: On some items we can extend active MIL/LEO discounts.
TYPICAL TURN AROUND TIME ON SHOP WORK?
A: The typical turn around time depends on the level or work. Most basic shop services like rail swaps, and muzzle changes are a day or less job when all the parts are present. Please email us for the shop template and quote.
DOES THE SITE REFLECT LIVE INVENTORY?
A: Yes, all our inventory is live and up-to-date to the best of our ability. If the product is a preorder or incoming it will be noted in the description.
WHAT ARE LEAD TIMES FOR OUT OF STOCK ITEMS?
A: Stock status depends on a few variables that can be outside our control. However, if you are looking for something that is out of stock we can put in a custom order for you.

WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
A: Most transfers are completed within 24 business hours from when the item is delivered. Exceptions are made if the items are missing information from the seller or buyer.
