Frequently Asked Questions


A: No, due to ITAR we are not permitted to send restricted items overseas or to an APO. We required a United States verified address.
A: On some items we can extend active MIL/LEO discounts.
A: Yes, we work with agencies across the United States on larger orders and pricing. Please email us for demos, or RFI.
A: We are going to be closed December 21st-January 2nd. Any shipment that is sent with an expected ETA of that window is not PSD's responsibility. Orders placed during that time will not ship until we reopen.
A: You can check the status of your order in your account. Friendly reminder, we do not work for USPS, UPS, or FedEx. When tracking is generated and accepted by the shipping carriers you have the same information we have and it's in their control now. If it's an NFA item, and you see the status to "Pending ATF Approval" then it's up to the ATF to approve it and out of our control. Emailing us asking the status doesn't expedite anything.
A: Yes, we work with a lot of deployed individuals and can hold purchased items until you are back in the United States.
A: Yes, we try to schedule some range days and demos where customers can test or shoot their pending items.
A: Yes, all our inventory is live and up-to-date to the best of our ability. If the product is a preorder or incoming it will be noted in the description.
A: We have streamlined the process to make it very easy for a first-time buyer to start their paperwork. We've completed and facilitated 100s of NFA transfers.
A: Stock status depends on a few variables that can be outside our control. However, if you are looking for something that is out of stock we can put in a custom order for you.
