A: The typical turn around time depends on the level or work. Most basic shop services like rail swaps, and muzzle changes are a day or less job when all the parts are present. Please email us for the shop template and quote.HOLIDAY: WHAT ARE THE HOLIDAY LEAD TIMES?
A: All the shop services are quoted with the lead times at the current time. This is why we encourage you to ship the quoted items as fast as possible to minimize the change in lead times quoted.WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT TRACKING MY ORDER
Most orders are shipped within 24 business hours. However, there are rare occasions where an order will receive a tracking number but not ship right away. Please allow for 48 business hours for tracking to update. We don't work for the mailing services so we can only see what you see.WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE TO PSD?
A: We need the information on where the item/firearm is coming from.- Where/who the item is coming from
- Tracking number required
- Private Transfers – need the seller’s scanned driver’s license
- Private Transfers – contact information for the recipient
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?
A: Most transfers are completed within 24 business hours from when the item is delivered. Exceptions are made if the items are missing information from the seller or buyer.WHAT NFA ITEMS DO YOU COVER?
