Time

They exist. They were ready. It failed.

We had the lower receivers ready. We had reached out to our hosting providers a day in advanced to audit and allow for over 6,000+ unique visitors during the release window. They assured us we were able to support that and we would avoid the countless crashes in the past.

I will keep this short. We apologize that we had people and customers waiting at the ready for a product that ultimately was not able to be released. We value our time at PSD very highly, and we respect your time. That’s why as I am writing this, I will not be able to commit to a time of release for them and don’t want to waste more people’s time. We tried to come up with an equitable and fair solution to allow people to purchase a lower receiver. However, it seems like there is not an option to satisfy anyone.
